cant wait 2 start after easter

hi all just a quick query startin cd after easter wen my 12 weeks is up after havin baby, need 2 lose 2 1/2 stone any idea how long that wud take goin 2 ss,done this diet last year and it was brill but cant remember how long it took me 2 shift the pounds....

I'm no expert but after reading lots of posts over the months, I think its about a stone a month, so you will be rid of the weight in no time x

Yeah I've heard that it's an average of a stone a month as well. You'll be looking svelte by summer, no problem. Good luck with it!
