I've read about this on low-carb diet sites- great for chili con carne!! Basically grated (al dente!) cauliflower.

When I was on Atkins I used to have cauliflower boiled and blitzed in a processor - very like mash (and on Atkins I could have it with sausages). Used to love it!

Not ready for refeeding for another couple of weeks but having a poke around here and nice to see some familiar faces! (Don't really "know" many on the main LT board now. :-(

I've had cauli mashed up before and i really enjoyed it :) but then again, cauli is one of my fav veggies :giggle: x

Just wanted to say Tanya how FABULOUS you look in your new photo. I haven't been on for ages cos I been pathetic. Trying Rosemary Conley, but not holding out much hope lol x
