I'm going to try the recipe off slimmingeats, sounds good! I usually do mine by frying off an onion, garlic and some bacon, cooking the spaghetti then combining the onion mixture and pasta (reserve a little of the cooking water in the pot) with the sauce which is made up of 1 tub of quark, 3 egg yolks, 100g parmesan (depending on how many people you're cooking for this could be syns or your HEA) and seasoning.. it's lovely doesn't go "crumbly" like usual carbonara it's really creamy.
