Carbs in Ginger??

    Hi
    I'm experimenting with MIMs just now and was thinking about adding ginger or choc food colouring??
    Does either of them have carbs in them?
    Just thought I could make gingerbread mim!

    I add ginger sometimes. As far as I know the powdered stuff is fine.

    Does it make anything like gingerbread? I thought I might add a brown colouring to make it gingerbread coloured too!
    I made my first chocolate one today first with butter, which was ok, and then with sweetened greek yoghurt, which was pretty good, but still trying to figure out the best flavour with the best topping!

    Careful about having too many a day, and about the carbs in your yogurt. My Ginger ones were okay but I never really got the balance of sweetness right with them.

    My greek yog with sweetener on it was nice, and only 2.8g/100g from Lidl, and only used a little.
    Have had my first one today, but it was really really filling so have sliced it and just been having a slice of it at a time with a topping as a snack.
