Carbs

    Diet:
    WW
    Tried SW for 3 days and I gained weight, I came back to WW where I have lost 23 1/2lbs so far. On filling and healthy you can eat pasta and potatoes. I am vegetarian and my diet tends to be carb heavy BUT I think unlimited carbs make me gain weight, is this possible? I'm thinking of going back to counting as it means you weigh out your carbs. Does anyone else find carbs make them gain?

    Funny you should say that as I am now watching my carbs over the past two weeks and since I cut back on them I have started losing weight after going over board on Filling & Healthy.
