I just wanted to know if you were back on track?

I hope you've managed to convince yourself that you are not stupid. To put weight back on after losing so much is a classic sympton. Just don't carry on putting yourself down. You are as much worthy of this as everybody else. Look after yourself and let us know how you are coping. xxx

I stayed in bed for most of the day yesterday. Feeling totally fed and very down.

But i feel more positive today, although i still haven't managed to stick to it 100%, i had a pack for breakfast and 1 for dinner. Tea time is when i usually buckle and end up eating anything that is not nailed down, even the dogs looked appertising! So instead of pigging out on the usual rubbish i had a bowl of cereal and a banana instead. I feel much better and i'm hoping it means when i eventually get back to my target weight and start eating normal food i won't go as nuts again! Well that's the theory anyway :D

I just really thought i'd cracked yo-yo dieting dieting this time! Oh well back to the drawing board as they say.
