Well i have to say i’m doing surprisingly well. I wasn’t sure i would be able to stick to it this time round. When i did LL a few years back i was single so only had to deal with myself. This time i have a partner and i must say he’s been brilliant. Even to the extent that he has been eating stuff he knows i hate so that i won’t be tempted. Having said that though all food looks good at the moment! At work it seems to be someone’s birthday every other day so the kitchen area is full of food. I want it, even though i’m not hungry for it. Friday night me and my partner sat watching the Olympic Opening Ceremony, all my friends were on facebook commenting on how they were enjoying a few beers, BBQ’s, etc Would have loved to have had some but i know the end result will make it all worth it.
My bowels are playing up as well. I struggled to go to the toilet on weigh in day even though i have been using the fibre stuff and then on Monday i was struck with the runs. Starting to think perhaps i should use a laxative on the Friday night to make sure i have a good clear out before work. Nothing worse than having to run to the toilet during work! Okay then here is my food diary for the last few days:

Had a late start today, didn’t rise from bed until gone 12pm so only managed 2 shakes and a meal. Not enough i know but i’m not giving up my Sunday lie in, not when i have to get up for 5.30am Monday to Friday!

Was just going to have fish last night but no matter how much or little i buy of the stuff it always ends up weighing out wrong! Fortunately i had some chicken breast in so made up the remainder with that. I’m going to have to stop buying bars and stick to shakes as the bar is giving me heartburn when i eat it. Most annoying!
