Ha ha so did I but kinda regretting it now with 5.5 syns left to last 3 days!

Dinner - Alsi thai salmon fishcakes with veg 7 syns

Then totally went off course having many many glasses of wine - v stressful day dont ask! I'm going to offset this in my syns for next week as it would show in next weeks weight loss anyway. Only downside to theis plan is a meal out at Prezzo on Saturday night so between that and tonights wine it's going to have to be a very low syn week next week.
