Salmon and stir fry veg

Then went to pub and had chicken and bacon salad!

Making Thursday weigh in day, always had a lot of success as a Thursday weigher :)

I have been doing sw for roughly the same length of time. I go up and down like a yo-yo. Never actually stopped going because I know that if I did I would put on what I have lost over the previous years.
