    Mixed fruit
    Vanilla mullerlight

    Lunch
    4 slices wholemeal hexb
    ham
    mustard
    mattesons fridge raiders x 2
    hard boiled eggs x 2

    Dinner
    stir fry prawns and veg

    Daily syns 5

    05.06.14

    Breakfast
    2 eggs on hexb toast

    Lunch
    Pilchards on hexb 8 extra light cheese triangles 2 x hexa

    Dinner
    Salmon and stir fry veg

    Then went to pub and had chicken and bacon salad!

    Daily syns 32 (oops) Weekly syns 32

    Making Thursday weigh in day, always had a lot of success as a Thursday weigher :)

    I have been doing sw for roughly the same length of time. I go up and down like a yo-yo. Never actually stopped going because I know that if I did I would put on what I have lost over the previous years.

    06.06.14 Breakfast 2 eggs on hexb toast, ketchup 2 syns Lunch Ham sandwiches on hexb plus 8 syns for extra sandwich, salmon and salad, 2 baby bel hexa Dinner Tuna & salad slimming world mini quiches, 4 light cheese triangles Daily syns 10 Weekly syns 42/63 remaining
