Cauliflower rice?

    Has anyone ever done that thing where you make 'rice' from cauliflower? If so, what like? And if it's good - how do I do it?

    Making an effort to up my fruit and veg (cos very rubbish before starting ww this week, as was my fluid intake!), and thought might give that a try too cos I LOOOOOOOOVE rice.

    I've never had it,but a friend told me that you grate raw cauliflower and then steam it.I'm thinking of giving it a go next week with chicken curry

    I have while on Cambridge. Grate or chop in chopper, put in bowl with to y bit of water, like half teaspoon, microwave for 2 mins. Also works with broccoli !

    I also try it, is really nice, can mix with couscous, after going to microwave for 4m, cover with clingfilm.
    I use it this weekend to make a pizza base,
    2 cups of grated cauliflour, 2 cups of grated light cheese, 2 eggs, salt pepper, mix everything, and put
    in a tray with baking paper, spreading like u do the pizza, take it to the oven for 10/15m, then tomato sauce , cheese, ham peppers, anything u like. Return to oven for 10m, ready. Lovely.
