cauliflower soup?

    Cauliflower is a free veg. so as long as yoru other ingredients are zero points it would be a free food.

    Stock - veg or chicken 0 points
    Onion/leek - 0 points
    Cauliflower - 0 points

    This would make a nice soup on its own, chope the onion or leeks and saute in some frylight until soft, add the cauliflower and stock, bring up to heat until the cauliflower is cooked and blend it for a creamy soup.

    You could also add some skimmed or semi skimmed milk in to make it more creamy, or some low fat yoghurt stirred in at the end.

    With cheese? points plz

    Hey Ladies!

    just need some pointing advice.. this has probs been asked already!

    I made a 1 large full head of cauliflower with a handfull of diced peppers, a hand full of grated cheese and 3 chicken stock (didnt have veg!) pinch of salt and pepper. Will be atleast 6 - 8 medium servings.

    How many points per serving... im thinking 0.5 as the only fatty food was cheese and it was litrally 1 handfull of grated cheese for the whole pot of soup.
