Cc newbie!!

Hi everyone

I've been a bit of a lurked for the last few months but now want to say hi!!

I started sw in january and have done ok lost a stone but at a snails pace, I only have a stone possibly stone n half to loose now but last week after hitting my 4th week of staying the same I'd shake it up a bit, so here I am.

I'm using Mfp and on a base of 1200 a day. Im 32 10st 11.5 at my last weigh in on Thursday. I get to the gum 3-4 times a week i curreny do body attack 3x a week zumba 2x a week ab attack 1x a week n try to get into the gym 2x also.

My target for now is 10 lbs in time for my holiday to Egypt mid may! Hope I can do it!!

Welcome! Wow you are one fit monkey!!! If I did that much exercise my legs would disown me, lol!!!

Welcome! Well done for your loss so far and good luck with the last bit! I too am on the end stretch of my weight loss and whilst it's slower going I can see light at the end of the tunnel.

Your plan sounds really good! I would recommend eating back the calories you lose from exercise so you don't go beneath 1200 a day. Your holiday sounds like a lovely goal too :)

Thanks I'm not really that fit, I had my baby in august n got to 11 st 10 days after n then it just piled on. I go with a few friends to the gym n concentrate on classes I like which motivates me to do more without going over the top x

Just stocking to it with so much temptation is hard especially when u stop loosing that's why I thought cc may be good for me still eating what I like in moderation it just goes against what sw taught me so need fellow cc ers to shove me along xx

I tried sw a couple of years ago with my mum - we gave up as we didn't like how you were almost encouraged to eat as much as you wanted - I was never going to lose weight eating so much pasta!!
I felt exactly the same! All i did was want to eat potato or pasta meals! And the amount of home made chips i would eat was crazy!

It was ok to start with and it taught me a healthier way to cook it just stopped helping me loose any weight I just bloated on pasta n dried packet crap :(
