Thats why you can only have one a day so its doesn't halt or slow weight loss shame cos there nice

They are too lovely hence i only buy two a week
otherwise i might eat them all up gobble gobble lol

They're higher in calories but ALSO higher in carbs (depending on which you have, peanut and cranberry are the same I think?) and that combined is why you can't have more than 1 a day, not just the calories. :)

Nooo problemo :)

Some people are very sensitive to them and others aren't. Some people could have 3 bars a day others struggle with 1 a day... so better not risk it ;-)
