Hi guys have any of u tried the fibre i always feel a little bunged up. How long does it last x

Ive been trying the CD fibre since Thursday after trying other fibres insuccefully and had an extremely gurgly tummy last night but so far its not taken affect. It looks like the mix-a-mousse and water flavourings and is tasteless. I would say you would get a couple weeks from one pot
