    Contemplating WLS
    So i have been on this forum not yet 24 hours but have seen some jargon i dont quite understand, maybe im too dense to actually work it out.

    I know CD is cambridge diet (obviosly)
    SS is sole source

    I have seen TOTM and VLCD which i cannot work out for the life of me. What do yhey mean and is there any others i should know about?:confused:

    Hiya VLCD is very low calorie diet and TOTM is time of the month. Good luck with the diet.:D

    Sad but true.The man is absolutly right. Have also heard it referred to as Add a Munch.
