My old CDC charged £1.70 for the sachets and £1.90 for the bars and tetras.

My current one charges £1.80 whatever you have.

It works out about £38 a week for me. If you're over 5'8 or a man you have to have more meals so it costs more.

Most CDC's charge around these prices. I would say it would be between £35-£40 a week.

Some people tell me that's expensive when I tell them about it - but I could spend that on a meal and a night out in the past!!

My CD prices at £1:80 per sachet and £2:00 for bars

I have done LT as well and think that CD is much better, more flavours and in my case, much better support !

Yep, the CDC get a recommended price but they can charge what they want. Some add on more if they visit you at home, some are just greedy! Can't believe the one who charges £2.50 for bars!! But I guess if it works it's worth it.
