Hi there, I am currently on LT but really fancy moving to CD as there is so much variety.

Is there a CDC is the Dublin/Kildare area (Ireland) I could contact?

All counsellors are listed on Cambridge Diet find a counsellor

There does appear to be one that covers your area.

Good luck with CD if you make the switch.
