Thank you! I did mean superfree, wasnt sure if it was a starchy veg like potatoes & sweet potatoes. I want to count it as my 1/3 superfree on EE. Thanks!

Ooh glad it's superfree cos I've just had lots of it, roasted with aubergine and carrots too. Never tried it before and it was really nice!

I use it as a potato substitute on shepherd's pie & things like that, lovely!!! X

Had celeriac chips the other night and they are so yummy! Superfree and speed food, too!

I MUST get round to trying it...I've seen it in tins, looks much easier!
