changing from cambridge to slimming world

#2
:welcome:Hi Peackie,

You may gain a little in the first week, as your body re-adjusts to eating food again. You may not, I lost 4lbs in the first week back from Cambridge to SW.
One thing you may need to be prepared for though, is the slowness of the weight loss. You have to be patient.
SW is a far better diet and more sensible one to follow.
For serious helth issues, I am going back on the Cambridge diet, but given the choise, I would still be on SW.

Good luck with your journey - you can do it!!!!

Just curious - I'm on CD but just wondering why you think SW is a better diet?

My sister is a SW leader but I don't know anything about it. I've never actually asked her about the diet (probably because although she is a lovely sis she is about 7 stones overweight and I can't see how she can be an inspirational leader).
