I've been back on WW a week after doing SW on and off for the past few years. The biggest difference I've noticed is the portion control - this week I've realised how big my portions were on SW! It's scary sometimes to think how many points worth of stuff is in SW 'free' food! Anyway, I'm really enjoying being back on WW and have lost 5lb in my first week. I'm finding it really easy and am not denying myself anything that I really want - I used most of my weekly points (think I had 12 out of the 49 left by the end of the week) and still got an amazing first week loss. I would encourage you to try WW, it may not be for everyone but it's definitely for me now!!
