40 minutes boxing technique and sparring
20 minute skipping

Wednesday (Red day)
Grilled Sausage (3.5 syns) 2 grilled tomatoes 2 poached eggs
Pear
Salmon and Salad, fruit and Diet coke
possible - chicken salad

15 Mins running
15 minuted cross trainer
20 minute swim
arm weights
sit ups
