    Okay, so ive started slimming world! i cant really afford to go to the meetings, so ive managed to get some slimming world books they are from 2012/2013 and im hoping most of the stuff is the same!
    Im going to write down my food diary here every day and do my weigh-ins aswell.
    Im hoping i can get some support off people thru here.
    My name is Charlotte, Im 21 years old and a mother of two!
    Im 5ft 3 and 11st3. (i did start at 11st7 a few weeks ago just by calorie counting)!
    :D
    My idea goal is to loose just over 1.5 stone.

    Healthy Extra a - 375ml Skimmed milk. (used thought the day on tea/coffee)
    Healthy Extra b - 2 slices wholemeal medium bread from a 400g loaf.

    Breakfast -
    2x fried egg (using frylight)
    baked beans
    sauteed potatoes (using frylight)

    Lunch-
    2 slices wholemeal bread
    10g light flora (2syns)
    ham (no visible fat)
    1 carrot cut into sticks
    mullerlight raspberry and cranberry
    155g straberries.

    Dinner -
    Irish Beef Steaks (using frylight) [all fat removed]
    colemans pepper sauce (made with skimmed milk) (3syns)
    SW wedges(using garlic frylight)
    peas
    FatFree Natural yoghurt
    1 tspn options chocolate brownie (2syns)
    strawberries

    Snacks -
    2x maryland gooey cookies (7syns)

    Drinks -
    Coffee [2tsp sweetner, skimmed milk]
    2x no added sugar cherries and berries squash [free as far as i know]
    2x tea [1tsp sweetner, skimmed milk]

    Total Syns = 14

    was a bit busy last night and totally forget to post yestrdays diary but here it is.

    Healthy extra a - 375ml skimmed milk. [used throughout the day on tea/coffee]
    healthy extra b - 2 Alpen Light Bars.

    Breakfast -
    Alpen Light (summer fruits)

    Lunch -
    Jacket potato.
    Baked Beans.
    25g reduced fat cheddar cheese [3.5syns]

    Dinner -
    cottage pie made with - 1 large onion, 2 packets extra lean beef mince, 4 large carrots,, frozen peas6 potatoes (for mashing), 25g reduced fat cheddar [3.5syns], Beef oxo cube.
    0%fat Natural yoghurt (used for mash)
    more carrots, Broccoli, roasted potatoes & more peas
    kiwi, strawberries & melon

    Snacks -
    Alpen Light (summer fruits)
    Salt & Vinegar french fries [4syns]
    blackberries, strawberries, blueberries and red grape pot from tesco.
    muller light
    Drinks -
    Coffee [2 teaspoon sweetner, skimmed milk]
    diet coke.
    cherries and berries no added sugar squash.

    Total syns = 11 syns

    Boyfs day off work today, so i wont be on here as weve got to do the boring food shop and the school runs ect, always a busy day.

    Lunch- had breakfast late so was too full for lunch
    muller light with raspberrys

    Dinner -
    homemade burgers (lean mince)
    2x wholmeal roll [6syns]
    heap of salad (carrot, lettuce, red cabbage, peppers, cucmber)
    cheese slice x2 [5syns]
    bacon
    1 tbsp lighter than light mayo [0.5syns]

    snacks-
    multigrain breakfast bar [6.5syns] :eek:
    muller light with raspberries
    grapes

    Drinks -
    Coffee [2tsp sweetner, skimmed milk]
    diet pepsi
    5x tea [1tsp sweetner, skimmed milk]
