Try and try again
I used to be a very active member of minimins a few good years ago when I was on slimming world (with limited success).
I’ve been on and off calorie counting for the past couple of years using Nutracheck to track, so I want to use this for self-accountability.

I have worked out my calories using James Smith Academy and am currently on:
1805 Mon-Thurs then 3028 Fri-Sun as easier days. I will keep it on this until my losses slow down.

My main objectives for the next few weeks are:
  • Track everything and include daily diary on here (good and bad days)
  • Start developing an exercise habit
  • Get my 5 a day
  • Minimise alcohol during the week
  • Don’t beat myself up after a bad day
