Step 1 Sole Source Cheated help!

    Diet:
    Slimming World/Xenical/Cambridge diet
    So I cheated today on day 5 :( I ate a scone with cream and jam :(

    Would you skip two of your shakes? To make up cals wise? I know nutrition wise it wouldn't be good. And I get the whole knocked out of ketosis thing. But what would you do! I couldn't resist. Feel so crappy :( x

    You ate it , forget it and move on ,,,, don't skip you products you need them for all the nutrients, so its important that you have all your packs, everybody has the odd blup or slip up , don't worry or fret about it , tommorrow is another day for better things xx

    But cals wise if I don't I could be about the same? :s

    A friend told me I could gain with eating on the shakes bc they're protein and could build up! I'm worried! X

    do not skip shakes! your body will store it for longer if you do! have your full quota for today and accept that weigh in, there might not be a massive loss....or even a gain.

    You could gain because of the carbs you've consumed....but what's done is done hun!

    Accept it and move on

    Forget the kcals , your just starving yourself for the sake of it,,,,,really you do need all your packs you'll feel better for it , more likely to continue with the diet and if you just move alittle bit more ,,, i bet it won't have done that much damage,,,,, i have eaten allot worse than a cream scone and still lost !! A loss is a loss , but starving yourself will end up in ruin !!!! Stop beating yourself up you'll be ok xx
