I had a chicken kebab about 2 or 3 weeks into CD. I was ok. Don't know how many calories etc were in it so maybe weight loss was a bit slower than it might have been but not so's you'd notice.

Just Draw A Line Under It And Jump Back On The Wagon.you Wont Put The Weight Back On Cos There Is Something Like 2,500 Kcals In One Pound So You`d Have To Really Binge.
