Hi everyone,

I'm new to SW and I'm a bit confused about cereal as a HEB. Why is 28g Honey Nut Shredded Wheat a HEB, but 28g Cherios has to be syn'd while they both have the same syn value of 5?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Healthy extras have to have a certain amount of fibre to count... It's not just the Syn count. Cheerios obviously don't have enough fibre to count.
