Cheese sauce

Somebody mentioned cauliflower cheese yesterday and i wondered if you could tell me how to make the sauce and wether i can eat it on induction. Thanks in advance

Hi Kay I think there's a couple of ways of making it ... I just use double cream, heat it up and then add grated cheese to taste and pour over the cauliflower and voila! Think there is another recipe use philly cheese and cream too?
I hope it's ok on induction I eat it!!! x
ps I moved from Dukan to Atkins and I'm LOVING it

I was told to use butter, philly, double cream & grated cheese. It is FAB!!! I didn't add the philly before & it was disappointing for me. Enjoy
