hi guys! are there any cheese slices (ie kraft) that can be used as a healthy A? I'm making burgers :)

ps - are pickled gherkins free?!

No, there aren't but you could grate some cheddar (28gms), or reduced fat (42gms) over the burgers. It will be just as nice, or even better!

hey there! thanks for your quick reply! low fat cheddar it is!! and fabulous about the gherkins!! can't wait! xx

Actually there are quite a few

Sainsbury Mellow Lancashire/Red Leicester/Double Gloucester x 1
Kerry Low Low Mature x 2
President Emmental Light x 2
Sainsbury BGTY cheese slices x 2
Dairylee Light Cheese Slices x 2
Aldi Westacre Light Cheese Singles x 3
Tesco Light Choices Cheese Singles x 3

Sorry, I just had a quick look in my book:eek:
However, having a second look the only slices in the new book are 2 x Dairylea Light Cheese Slices.
Are the others on the site as I haven't looked there?

hi again! thanks for that so would Sainsbury BGTY cheese slices x 2 count as one healthy A or 2? X

oh yes thats another good one! love laughing cow light! One of my slimming world "cant be withouts" - along with Quark and muller light with chocolate sprinkles!!
