Anyone know how many syns are in extra light philadelphia?
Searched through the many forums n posts for ages this aft and all i found was info relating to healthy extras! No syn values tho

In the food optimising book soft cheese low fat is 1.5 syns for 25grms. I think phili would come under that. Hope that helps xx

1 syn per 20 calories as there's no free food in it, so you can work it out from the packet
