Hiya Im new to MiniMins and Im so glad to see the old vintage points (discover) I have tried Slimming world , ProPoints which I think is a complete waste of time and the only one I ever lost weight on was Discover Plan, I did used to have the book with all the points in but I cant find it anywhere ... can anyone please tell me how points would be in 3 tbsps of extra mature chedder
