Cheesy Egg & Tomato
2. Place chopped tomatoes, drained into a shallow ovenproof dish.
3. Break each egg on top.
4. Sprinkle mixed herbs on top.
5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
6. Place in oven for 20 mins or until eggs have set.
7. Serve with either little potatoes or toast.

- 1 x 400g tin of chopped tomatoes, drained
- 2 eggs
- Cheese (use as HEa)
- ½ tsp Mixed herbs
