Chewing cardamom?

I am wondering if we can chew cardamom to change our breath.?

I would recommend a gold spot spray from a pharmacy as that will do the trick, also if you drink more water then you tend to wee out the ketones as opposed to breathe them out.

Hi Geri,
It's a delicious spice used in eastern cooking. Usually left whole rather than ground to a powder. If you've ever had a jalfrezi curry, they're the pods left in the sauce for flavour.
