Chicken Parmigiana, help!!

I have looked everywhere and i can not find a syn value for this, i (very naughty) went out for lunch today and had the worst on the menu, chicken parmigianan with chips! I have no idea on the syns as all i can find is recepies for it, can anyone help me out and maybe give me a rough syn value??? Thanks very much

Is it from frankie and bennys? If so there is a Syn value for it somewhere under a frankie and bennys eating out thread x

thanks, it was from a local bar in glasgow called walkabout, ill tey and find the syn for frankie and bennies and ill just work it out from there, thanks very much guys for your help have good weekend x
