I'm new to this so hope you can help!! Can anybody tell me how many syns are in chicken wings on a red day, cooked in the oven in a marinade - not fried!

The wings themselves would be free if the skin is removed and not cooked in fat, but it would depend what is in the marinade as to the syn value of that.
