Please could some one let me know if all chicken is free? I have some chicken thighs are these free as long as I roast them and cut the skin off?

You need to take the skin off before you roast them

We've been told by my consultant that you don't need to take the skin on before roasting, as long as you take it off before you eat it. For example.. skinning a whole roast chicken before roasting it wouldn't really work... But others may have been told different

Ah sorry I probably have it mixed up with removing all fat before cooking dont listen to me! Lol
