Just wondering, i've tried to look online but the answers seem to differ quite a lot.

I'd like to know the calorie count of one chicken leg. I'm going to take the skin off and not cook it in any fat, but online results range from 100 cals to 300!

    Any help would be fantastic.
    Thanks

You really can't tell unless you weigh it. A leg could be anything from 100-450 cals. Depends on how big a leg it is.
