Curry loaf = 1 packet of curry rice, ( made as packet says) I use asda rice 1 syn per packet! 1 tin of chic pea dahl, 4 beaten eggs!! Mix all together!! Put into loaf tin or bun/muffin tin, spray with fry light first!! Cook in 180 oven loaf 40 mins, buns 15 mins! They become firm when cooked!!! only syns are the rice!!! Enjoy ?
