I have been eating some roasted chick peas that make a great alternative to nuts, you just get them out of a tin and drain them. Put them in the oven with fry light and salt and cook for about an hour- lovely! And i also wondered if anyone has a halogen oven? I got mine from jml and they are excellent, you can cook loads in them and all the fat drips off so it is great for the slimming world plan!! Get them cheaper off ebay!

They sound great, I guess you could add other things to them like cumin, paprika, curry powder etc? How long do they last once cooked? Thanks.
