Chinese king prawn foo yung

Does anyone know what the syn value would be on a King Prawn Foo Yung from the Chinese please?

Would really appreciate it x

doubt it would be very much - the king prawns would be free, as would any beansprouts/peas/onions and the egg itself. You'd just have to allow some syns for any oil used, I'd think.

That's not too bad then think I'll go for that tonight - friends for takeaway with the girls but trying to be as good as possible lol
