Morning everyone,
could someone please advise...
last night i had a lovely mushroom omlette and beans but then decided to get a chinese
i was on a green day..- ordered plain veg noodles(they were a bit oily) and also had a small portion of chicken fried rice..
Also 3 tablespns of curry sauce..
What is the damage??
