Chinese syns that are not online

Any way of seeing how many syns are in things that are not online such as:

Chicken Satay
Sweet & Sour Cantonese style
Chicken Curry
BBQ Sauce
Bananna Fritters/Pineapple fritters?

My bf is treating me to a chinese at weekend and im sick of having chow mein want something different will have lots of syns to use as iv just used 7 this week so far till tomorrow. So currently have 38 plus ill low syn rest week if bad so anyone any idea how i can find out?

Thanks if not ill stick to my usual chicken chow mein and hot and sour soup!

Chicken curry and rice not bad, 10 with fried rice ish

Spring rolls good if they little cause it about 2-4 depending on size
