Hi does anyone know the syn value for chinese chicken curry.

I would personally syn it the same as an indian one. 11.5 syns on red and ee per 390g average portion.

I love chinese curry. Im on a green day tomorrow so going to have a chinese vegetable curry and boiled rice all for 9 syns. Lovely job! Going to syn the chinese veggie curry the same as the indian. TBH I dont think there is much difference in them.
