Chinese

Hello, me and my family are planning to order in chinese tonight. I noticed on the menu that they do dry fried chicken chow mein. Could anyone tell me if this would be syn free or not? Xx

I'm Not sure to be honest but I think that it would still likely be synned as they may use fresh noodles (which are synned), as well as oyster sauce, oil in the mix etc. a normal chicken chow mein is 7 syns for an average portion so maybe guesstimate from that.

Ok thanks. I'll just say 7 to be safe then :)

In my opinion it depends how it is cooked. EVERYWHERE is different. SW says that it is 7 syns for under 400g I'm sure.. someone will have to double check.. I had fried soft noodles with chicken last night (chow mein really) but they were dry, as in not dripping in ANY kind of sauce. Most other places DO have it dripping in some kind of oily sauce, so obviously it really does depend on where you go :p

To be safe I just pretend that it is around 10, lol - but it probably is around 7ish I'd say :p - ENJOY it!!! x
