Our SW consultant says the best things are like Chicken in Blackbean sauce, or Oyster Sauce. But if I'm honest, we have a chinese on a Saturday night (EVERY WEEK), and sometimes on a Sunday night too, and I have chicken foo yung. My husband has Special with chilli and garlic (he has now been a target member for 11 weeks). We have lost over 11 stone between us since September, and only gains have been planned holidays abroad, and lost all the weight and more the following week. I spend the week pulling back on syns, and it works a treat for us.

We usually have a Chinese every Friday and I either have Chicken in Black Bean (8.5 sysns) or Chicken in Oyster Sauce (5.5 syns) with boiled rice (free)
I'm quite lucky since Chicken in Black Bean was my fave Chinese dish before even going on SW
