hi does any 1 have a list of the points for the chip shop

my partner wants to have fish an chips 2mo an i would really like some to but dont want to go over my points.

any points esp for
small chips and chicken bites(like chicken nuggets)

any help would be grateful

just to point out, small chips is less than a cone portion, 170gs of chippy chips / chinese chips works out to be 7.5
