Hi how do u make these chips and how many pro points are ther per portion thankyou

If I fancy a few chips I cut up a potato (weigh it first to see how many PP), part boil it and then put it in the oven with some spray oil. When their almost ready I put salt and vinegar over them and put them back in the oven for about 5 more mins! Delicious!

Oh that's a good idea!! I only started this diet on Friday and I miss chips!! Will def be trying that!

Ye there lovely and when u make them it might not seem like there's much but it really is. When I first started I used to panic but u'd be surprised what actually fills you! If you need anymore help just give me a shout!

does anyone use the tefal actifry to make chips. my mother in law has one and she points th potatoes and the spoonful of oil.

i'm thinking of buying one wondered what anyone else thought

Ive got one and its great! So mch easier i tried to do them in the oven before and it went totlly wrong ended up mashed potatoe! Lol id definatly recommended buying one x

Ive done butternut squash chips in it they were nice and roast potatoes , i got a recipe book with mine it has so many different stuff in, you can do most things in there x
