hi people my weightloss journey has begun! started lipotrim yesterday hopefully this is going to be the start of a new me!! 22 stone at the moment want to get down to 16 before xmas does anyone think this is achievable?? xx

Hey there hun and :welcome: to the forums. Firstly I'd like to say to you that losing 6stone in just 9 weeks does seem a lot and I know you'll know this but please keep yourself healthy and don't try to make your body have too much too soon and all at once. I do worry when people want to lose large amounts in a small amount of time so please look after yourself.
