tub quark
small tub 0% total greek yoghurt
3 sachets options(i used white choc)
sachet gelatine
2 eggs seperated.
4 tbsp sweetener

dissolve gelatine in 100ml boiling water. Allow to cool.
mix quark,yoghurt,options,sweetener(Iused food processor)
Add yolks and mix.
Beat egg whites until twice amount in bowl.
Add gelatine mix.
pour into 4/6 glasses/bowls.

I put strawberries in base and poured mix over them.Chill in fridge until set.I put one squirt low fat squirty cream on top and mint leaf to garnish.(extra syn)
don't forget the health warning about raw eggs being a risk to elderly/young/pregnant etc.
