chocolate cravings

i had really bad chocolate cravings last night and my friend gave me one of those Kelloggs mini cereals, the coco pos crunch ones.

so i checked the box and there was 2.5g for 100g but 3g of fat per little box. i had them cos they were under the 5g rule and they were really nice and satisfied my sweet tooth!

they were nice dry so think i will keep some boxs in

Thats a great idea, i find alow fat chocolate mouse helps me, or caramel snack a jack (on bad days both lol)

I have M&S chocolate frappe mousse...or double chocolate sundae in their count on us range ....very satisfying

lol i cant afford marks and spencers haha asda value is only in my price range

the asda value or even tesco value are as good as any, i get alot of stuff in the tesco value range!!
