Chocolate everyday

Ive just been to the shop and bought a crunchy for tonight and some curly wurlys for through the week which iv'e put in the freezer cos iv'e heard it makes them yummier?
It's so cool being on a diet and bein able to eat a chocolate bar every night!! I love it!

I love it too - I think I'm going to indulge every night this week. I usually try not to have chocolate but then I end up binging on alpen light bars or huge amounts of cereal. I think the chocolate fixes might actually do me some good (in a strange sort of way!) x

my boyfriend has been amazing and cooked the baked chocolate cheesecake from the sw website. It was lovely I had a slice every night and lost 1.5 pounds that week.

I have maltesers most nights, or milky way magic stars if I don't have many syns left, which I suck slowly until they've melted away in my mouth (god, sorry, this sounds pornographic!!)

I love curly wurlys, but don't find they last any longer if they've been in the freezer - just more likely to break my teeth on them!

How can you binge on huge amounts of cereal??? Just out of interest. A normalish bowl of cereal would use up all your syns in one go x

i don't necessarily eat chocolate every day but i like having the option!! We have lots of christmas choc left in the house, so its difficult just having one or two but its nice to know i can choose 4 roses from the tin or have a kit kat!

Hi Rosie, I find cereal a trigger food for overeating unfortunately..... exactly a normal bowl would use up all my syns, but I can eat ALOT more than a normal size bowl !

Me too, but very often I start on cereal with very good intentions and have a measured size, then it all goes wrong. My way to counter this is to have weetabix or porridge. I cant have free-pouring cereals anymore (even things like all bran etc) !
